This EV post-completion checklist helps quality assure and document electric vehicle chargepoint installations. It guides site arrival and customer interaction, visual inspections of supply, bonding and CT placement, and compliance with OZEV and the EV charging Code of Practice. Sections cover chargepoint mounting and sealing, ferrules and terminations, data and CT cabling, and neat cable routing. It includes consumer unit protection and labeling, correct MCB and RCD selection, and secure connections. Technicians record test results including Ze, IPF, R1+R2, insulation resistance, polarity, Zs, and RCD performance, confirm WiFi or 4G connectivity, and capture customer feedback and final sign-off with engineer and customer signatures.
