This site supervisor checklist supports safe, compliant delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects. Use it to review project details and roles, confirm documentation and worker competency, and check PPE, signage, access routes, and housekeeping. Assess excavation controls such as barriers and permits to dig, manage hand arm vibration risks, and verify electrical safety including low voltage tools, RCD use, cable protection, and service locating. Evaluate tool and machinery condition, calibration, and operator competence. Ensure public protection and secure boundaries, and confirm emergency procedures, communications, escape routes, first aid, and fire safety measures including storage of flammables and extinguisher provision. Record other health and safety observations as needed.
