Entergy Safety Plus Inspection Checklist

Use this Entergy Safety Plus checklist to evaluate utility service centers, offices, storerooms, and yards. Confirm first aid kits are complete and in date; verify monthly and annual fire extinguisher inspections; check training binders, EAP documents, exit signage, and SDS currency. Inspect storeroom practices including shelving load ratings, forklift and pallet jack inspections, flammable storage, labeling, and charging area controls. In the yard, assess chocking of wire reels and trailers, dumpster labeling and servicing, housekeeping, labeling of 55-gallon barrels, and management of used bulbs, oils, and universal waste. Identify issues with transformers, containment, and dating of out-of-service equipment, then record corrective actions and overall facility rating.
