LEG Service Center Facility Audit Checklist

Conduct a thorough facility audit for service centers with this checklist covering office areas, shop floors, grounds and storage rooms. Verify OSHA posting and training, evacuation diagrams, exits and lighting, fire extinguishers and inspections, first aid and eyewash, PPE signage and SDS access. Check welding shields and leads, overhead cranes and inspections, forklifts, electrical panels and cords, tool condition, and lockout tagout. Review oil and fluid storage, labeling, secondary containment, housekeeping, waste pickups, muster point signage, parking and site security, then record findings and follow-up.
