This end of maintenance period audit checklist helps inspectors assess newly installed or rehabilitated sewer mains. It covers manhole checks for cover level, damage, sealing, and debris; inspections of maintenance shafts and terminal maintenance shafts for cover stability, clearances, and shroud condition; observation and measurement of trench settlement by location, depth, and length; evaluation of trench reinstatement quality; and verification of site cleanup and demobilisation. The form supports comments and photos for each item to document compliance and defects before handover.
