Het dekt competenties rond werkhouding, samenwerken in een interdisciplinair team, omgang met de doelgroep, verzorgend handelen, woon en leefklimaat, observeren en rapporteren, persoonlijke draagkracht, reflectie en taal. Begeleiders en mentoren kunnen bevindingen motiveren, scores toekennen zoals voldoende, onvoldoende of op weg en een eindbesluit formuleren, inclusief voorwaarden zoals het tijdig indienen van de stagekaft.
