Use this QCCS Centre Audit checklist to evaluate childcare centre facilities and operations. Inspect entry, office, staff and corridor areas, programming rooms, kitchens and laundry. Check activity rooms, cot rooms, bottle prep areas and toilets. Assess external areas, playgrounds, fencing, gates, signage, carparks and drainage. Verify switchboards, test and tag, first aid, fire equipment and evacuation plans. Record contractor sign in, finger guards on at risk doors, and provide final comments and an overall centre rating.
