Use this monthly inspection checklist to verify fire extinguisher compliance and test emergency showers and eyewash stations throughout the Pettit building. Cover offices, public areas, labs, cleanrooms, mezzanine workshops, and loading docks, checking ABC, CO2, and Halotron units and documenting status by location. Perform flush tests on showers and eyewashes in lab hallways and instructional areas to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
