This NRL referee assessment form is designed for evaluating match officials aged 13 to 15 during on field games. It guides assessors through decision making, signals and whistle use, game understanding, and application of the Safe Play Code. Sections cover play the ball vocabulary, marker control, movement and positioning, urgency on restarts, 5 and 10 metre compliance, and player communication. It includes areas for game details, scores, touch judges, positive observations, points to work on, and assessor and referee sign off, with a privacy note to protect the referee and the integrity of the process.
