Use this NCPS playground safety inspection checklist to evaluate play areas for safety and compliance. The template guides you through checks on under surfacing depth and condition, removal of foreign objects and trip hazards, tree branch and root risks, ropes and nets integrity, tyre cleanliness and drainage, exposed wires and protrusions, insect infestation, equipment stability and anchoring, and detailed reviews of fixed timber and steel equipment including welds, chains, bearings, and handrails. Add notes and observations to address hazards and maintain a safe school environment.
