This Minor Works AV Checklist is intended for Curtin’s preferred AV integrator to verify that teaching spaces are left fully operational after code or system changes. It covers physical venue checks, system readiness, and detailed testing across audio (program, microphones, recording, echo), video (routing, EDID, camera presets), and control (power states, DSP, GPIO, PDU, wireless share, autoswitching, iLecture light, room joining). Device configurations such as PC audio and display settings are confirmed, with labeling and security finalized. The process includes allied team handover to DTS for UAT, networked PDU setup, and complete documentation of revised configs, as-built schematics, and supporting materials.
