Daily Marking Form for Heavy Equipment Training
by Todd Christianson, from the Community
This daily marking form supports vocational training programs focused on heavy equipment operation. It enables instructors to record weekly assessments across five days, scoring safety, employability, maintenance, task performance, and operational skills out of ten. The template includes student name capture, machine type selection across common equipment such as skidsteers, loaders, dozers, graders, and excavators, plus overall comments and a summary section. Designed for structured evaluation of a morning or similar cohort, it helps standardize performance tracking and feedback during hands-on training.
