This IQA Feedback and Checklist Sheet supports internal quality assurance of vocational assessments. It helps IQAs sample learner evidence, confirm units have been fully sampled, and verify that assessors have identified electrical faults and performed suitable diagnostic tests using appropriate instruments (e.g., voltage indicators, insulation testers, RCD testers, clamp meters, phase sequence testers). The template includes prompts to check completion of test certification for two jobs, record assessor feedback and planning for the learner, and capture expert-witness sign-off. It concludes with IQA feedback to the assessor and an IQA signature to confirm the verification sample.
