De inspectie omvat maatvoering van deur en kozijn, vrije ruimte onder de deur, tolerantie van sponningen, en specifieke eisen voor brand- en geluidswerende deuren zoals WBDBO-type, opschuimende strip en valdorpel. Verder behandelt de checklist maatvoering van sloten en slotgaten, keuze en positie van paumelles of scharnieren, nauwkeurig stelwerk, correcte montage van hang- en sluitwerk en overige componenten. Doel is een consistente, veilige en conforme oplevering van binnendeuren.
