WUC - Sleeper Retaining Wall Checklist

This checklist supports inspections of sleeper retaining wall construction against engineering and TP drawings. Verify boundary offsets, steel post size and spacing, post alignment, and trimming below finish level. Check sleeper size, finish and color, horizontal alignment, and placement above the fence plinth and below landscape finish levels. Confirm moisture barrier 200 mm plastic sheeting is installed, AG pipe drainage has sufficient fall below ground level, and granular backfill is used. Ensure AG pipe connects to the stormwater pit with risers at downpipe locations. Record site cleanliness, note any damages, upload photos, add comments, and complete supervisor signature with date and time.
