A practical work inspection sheet for below ground drainage construction. Use it to document setting out, trench width and depth, excavation condition, supports and access, pipe bedding compliance, line and level, absence of hard spots, adherence to manufacturer jointing instructions, gradient setting, building control inspections, preliminary air or water testing, backfill material and compaction layers, protection from debris, and final air testing.
