WUC Concrete Slab Inspection Checklist
Use this WUC concrete slab checklist to inspect slab works on site. Verify finish floor levels against drawings, confirm insulation and slab edges, and check brick rebates and wall overhang tolerances. Assess level deviation within 2 m, ensure reinforcement is not visible, and note any honeycombing or cracks. Confirm rebates and shower set-downs, recesses for base plates, and positions of electrical and plumbing conduits. Record defects for contractor rectification, attach photos and comments, and complete supervisor sign-off with date and time.
