Evaluate Track Safety Coordinator performance during supervised shifts. This checklist covers pre-work checks such as full PPE, valid PTS cards with TSC competency, RAMS and toolbox briefings, and SSOW paperwork. It guides supervisors to verify sign-in with the site manager and ES, deliver and assess briefings, confirm communication methods, and identify hazards, warning methods, and the position of safety. Ongoing monitoring includes awareness of RRV movements and general worksite safety. Capture observations, correct unsafe actions, follow incident reporting protocols, and ensure PEM forms and other documents are completed.
