This checklist helps teams store and use compressed gas cylinders safely on site. It covers upright storage in approved trolleys, cages or racks, secure restraint, vehicle and plant impact protection, ventilation, housekeeping, access control and signage. Guidance includes minimum separation distances, oxygen and fuel gas segregation, compliance with AS NZS 3000 and AS1319 safety signs, SDS availability, cylinder labeling and valve protection. It also addresses leak testing, flashback arrestors for cutting, hot work ignition control, fire extinguisher placement, dangerous goods licensing thresholds, emergency planning and routine inspections.
