Use this electrical compliance audit checklist to verify installations against AS3000 2018. Review consumer mains and ensure correct installation. Inspect the main switchboard for earthing, cable entries, labels, schematics, legend, and protection device discrimination. Confirm the MEN conductor is correctly sized and installed. Assess the earthing system throughout the site. Check circuits to ensure current carrying capacity is appropriate using the principle of Ib less than In less than Iz. Verify field installations, ensuring wiring is mechanically protected and appliances are installed correctly. Record energisation status, verify test instruments, document non conformances, and define actions and outcomes.
