Use this construction safety walk checklist to evaluate active job sites for safety and compliance. Inspect work areas, housekeeping, PPE, fall protection equipment, ladders, tools, and electrical setups. Address silica exposure with HEPA controls, verify team lifts, and review LOTO practices. Record observations as Safe, At Risk, or N A, add notes and photos, and create corrective actions.
