Use this exterior safety walk checklist to support safer management walkarounds on construction sites. Inspect housekeeping, fall protection, ladders, and line roll activities; verify PPE, electrical safety, and hazard communication; review tool and equipment use, training and authorization, and LOTO; check emergency preparedness including exits, fire extinguishers, and eyewash stations; and assess body mechanics and material handling. Engage workers with brief interviews, capture photos, and assign corrective actions. Ideal for EHS managers, supervisors, and coordinators.
