Forklift and EWP Daily Inspection Checklist

Use this WES 1.0 daily inspection checklist to verify the safe operation of forklifts, manlifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms. The form covers review of the previous inspection, fluid levels, leaks, wheels and tires, lights and signals, mirrors, instrument panels, horns and beacons, battery and hydraulics, and operator controls. Platform housekeeping, mid-rails, toe boards, stabilizers, and required seat belts and harnesses are also included. Operators sign off to confirm the equipment is safe to use and to record any defects or corrective actions before operation.
