Deze werkplekinspectie checklist ondersteunt VCA 2017/6.0 naleving op de werkplek. Controleer stap voor stap LMRA, werkomgeving en afzetting, staat en keuring van arbeidsmiddelen, naleving van beleidsinstructies, gebruik en onderhoud van PBM, aanwezigheid van EHBO-middelen en noodplan, veilig omgaan met gevaarlijke stoffen en algemeen VGM-bewustzijn. Beoordeel functiegebonden risico’s zoals werken aan gasinstallaties, elektrisch volgens NEN 1010, aan waterinstallaties, in besloten ruimten en op hoogte. Let op blootstellingsbeperking, tilnormen tot 25 kilo en veilig gebruik van handgereedschap en machines. Ideaal voor leidinggevenden om bevindingen te rapporteren en veiligheid op locatie te verbeteren.
