This 1st fix inspection checklist helps site managers verify the quality and completeness of rough-in works before second fix. It covers ceilings and partitions neatly sheeted and screwed, plasterboard finishes around showers and wet areas with moisture-resistant board, window cills and ingoes, cables brought through ceilings, pads in partitions, double-sheeted pipe chases with access hatches, tank stool flooring, meterboard installation, stairwell protection, general housekeeping, and plot clean-up. Supervisor and site manager sign-off fields are included.
