A comprehensive work inspection sheet for raised access flooring. Use it to plan and verify first fix, second fix, and post installation activities. Checks include pedestals and supports, levels and tolerances, unevenness and rocking tiles, apertures, ancillary bracing, cavity barriers and perimeter closures, bridging of services, expansion joints and edge gaps, finished floor height, stability and load bearing, earth bonding, air leakage testing, and protection, with hold points and photographic evidence.
