Use this USI pre-work assessment to prepare teams at the start of each shift. Confirm SWMS have been read, COVID-19 declarations completed, IDs and required site cards are on hand, and all necessary permits, SDS, and hazardous substances registers are present. Cover toolbox talk topics including preventing falls, static lines, anchor and access points, and reporting incidents. Perform detailed harness and PPE checks, verify ladder condition and selection, ensure first aid kits and communications are available, and complete any EWP logbook entries as required. Finish with team sign-off and photo capture of any issues.
