Ensure roof and cladding work meets quality standards before scaffold removal. Inspect flashings at windows, doors, roofs and parapets; sealed penetrations and sleeves; clearances behind fascias, barges and spoutings; roof and deck clearances; capillary gaps behind cladding; joinery reveals; wall-to-wall and wall-to-roof junctions; drip edges; and overall cleanliness. Confirm roof damage and window defects are repaired, gutters and downpipes are cleaned, vents are completed, and the scaffold is free of debris for a safe handover.
