UGL Electrical Safety Audit Checklist

Conduct a thorough electrical safety audit with this UGL template. Review general controls and risk assessments, ensure safe work method statements exist for energised work, and verify isolation and testing to prove de energised. Check instrument function and annual calibration, appropriate personal protective equipment including insulated gloves, and the use of insulated tools. Confirm portable equipment testing and tagging per AS3760 2010, worker training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and switchboard rescue, and proper incident reporting and investigation. Capture hazardous area compliance to AS NZS 4761 and maintain registers for equipment, emergency lighting, residual current devices, and authorised personnel.
