Commission and verify an underfloor heating UFH system with a step by step checklist. Confirm the system is filled and purged, the time clock or programmer is calling for heat, thermostats are set, actuator heads are open, and the manifold thermostat and pump speed are correct. Record circuit flow rates, flow and return bar temperatures, final pump speed and pressure. Inspect for leaks, ensure room and floor temperatures meet design limits, and capture installation photos covering insulation, pipe layout, manifold connections, and controls. Conclude with engineer signature.

This air source heat pump completion document helps installers commission and hand over a new system. Record site details, equipment make and model, serial numbers, and required photos. Verify electrical tests including resistance to earth and short circuit checks, confirm sensor readings, and set control parameters such as heat curve, flow temperatures, domestic hot water start and stop, auxiliary power, and legionella cycle. Check unit installation and clearances, base or brackets, vibration isolation, condensate drainage, and insulation. Assess the central heating system including emitter types and count, system pressure, expansion vessel charge, flushing and cleaning, water treatment, pump settings, and inhibitor.
