Use this truck crane service checklist to standardize maintenance and safety checks for crane operations on site. Record crane serial number, jobsite, date, and service technician. Inspect and service key systems including engine oil and filters, fuel and coolant filters, radiator coolant levels, hydraulic tank levels and filters, drum planetary and boom hoist oil levels, undercarriage, wheel hubs, differentials, transmission, tires, and drive shafts. Confirm greasing of components and check for damaged hoses, pins, keepers, and electrical issues. Includes supervisor sign off.
