Use this construction site progress report to document current status and safety on site. Capture property and project details, access conditions, site control and facilities, general tidiness and access ways, personal protective equipment use, first aid and fire prevention. Record checks on lifting equipment, plant, excavations, permits, electrical equipment, COSHH, tools, scaffolding, ladders, fall hazards and temporary works. Add photos, note progress since the last visit, planned activity, delays and any extension of time. Log variations, valuations and percentage complete. Create actions with owners and due dates, then complete sign off with contract administrator details.
