This audit template helps teams evaluate temporary traffic control at road or work zone sites. Inspect advance warning signs, cones, barricades, tapers, spacing, and lighting against standards such as MUTCD. Verify flagger training, visibility, radios, signaling devices, and PPE including high visibility vests, hard hats, safety glasses, and safety toe boots.
