Use this daily pre-start checklist for the Takeuchi TB2150R excavator to confirm machine safety and compliance before work. Verify fuel, engine, hydraulic and radiator levels; inspect tyres, wheels or tracks, bucket pins and linkage, mirrors, hoses, fixings, guards and hand rails. Test lights, audible reversing warning, AFB and horn, seat and belt, controls, beacons and camera. Confirm height and slew restrictors function and that permits to break ground, lift and overhead are in date. Record defects, date, name and signature for Monday-Friday.
