Surveyor Site Observation Trainer Audit
Audit surveyors on-site with a comprehensive trainer checklist covering safety and quality. Verify PPE use, ladder condition, Ladder Mate, and compliant helmets before any work at height. Assess customer communication, contract explanation, and understanding. Check awareness of Building Regulations and FENSA requirements, including structure, escape, ventilation, safety glazing, restrictors, access, and security. Validate measurements in multiple points, diagonals, and bay critical points; capture fascia drops. Require Order Variations and Contract Evaluation where needed. Plan access solutions and scaffolding with photos and dimensions; note overhead cables and asbestos checks. Capture internal and full elevation photos. For doors, confirm swings, thresholds, styles, and obstructions. Confirm lintels and structural considerations to prevent mismeasure errors and remakes.
