Use this daily checklist to assess the condition and safe operation of pneumatic demolition and surface preparation tools before work begins. Verify hose fittings and gaskets, oil level in the oiler, throttle valve and cap, handle and trigger assembly, exhaust deflector, barrel, lock spring, retainer or bell, upper and lower sleeves, rubber bumper, piston, and the bit. Confirm manifold fittings are intact and capture employee and foreman signatures to document the inspection.
