This stage-by-stage installation checklist helps installers and site managers verify quality and compliance from start to finish. Stage 1 covers base profiles, patresses for external fittings, insulation placement, adhesive mortar application, board bonding and interlocking at corners, correct fixings and embedment, and angle beads set to line and level. Stage 2 checks mesh coat application including stress patches, minimum overlaps, full encapsulation, flat finish, clean reveals, and masonry sealer coverage with pre–top coat checks. Stage 3 verifies top coat application, clean frames and soffits, removal of rough edges, sealant at at-risk terminations, and neatness.
