Use this EWI Technical Monitoring Report template to assess external wall insulation works from pre-install checks through final finish. Record climate and site conditions, specify the EWI manufacturer and system, and verify each stage: site condition, substrate and protection, base track, boarding, fire breaks, adhesives and mechanical fixings; corner beads, base coat, mesh, stress patches, levelling and sealant; primer and top coat; window cills, sundries and final cleaning. Capture photographic evidence, add comments, and summarize findings. Includes fields for client, site address, inspection team, dates, and sign-off to support quality assurance and compliance.
