This Site Set-Up Checklist (Rev 03) supports project and site managers during construction mobilisation. It covers access and egress, traffic management, welfare facilities, compound layout, signage, and parking. It guides visible safety information and notices, safety documentation (CPP/CSHSP, environmental and fire plans, TMP, MSRA), and onsite procedures including inductions, daily risk assessments, toolbox talks, and good-catch programs. It addresses competencies and training, temporary works, lifting coordination, safety monitoring and audits, emergency preparedness and drills, incident reporting, and plant, equipment, and materials controls including COSHH, LOLER/PUWER, inspections, and daily checks. Environmental management, waste segregation, spill response, and fuel controls are also included.
