HSE Site Audit Checklist
This free HSE Site Audit checklist helps teams evaluate construction site safety and compliance. Review site board information, insurance and accreditation, project details and the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan. Verify fire plans, signage and site rules; check first aid, eyewash and emergency equipment; confirm permits to dig and hot work; and review RAMS, COSHH, manual handling and vibration assessments. Inspect PPE use and condition, equipment registers, PAT testing, access and egress, isolations, and controls for noise, dust and vibration. Record inductions, training and toolbox talks, document incidents and near misses, and capture corrective actions to improve safety performance.
