Use this comprehensive checklist to audit health and safety on construction sites. Review site documentation, welfare facilities, signage, first aid, fire prevention and emergency readiness. Assess site security, personal protective equipment, housekeeping, trip and fall controls, scaffolding, hand and power tools, machinery and plant, and work at height controls. Verify electrical safety, confined space permits and monitoring, and incident and injury procedures.
