Inspect membrane visibility and condition, plus protection layers and walkways. Record metal profiles and details (upstands, parapets, skirtings, curbs, drips, sumps) and confirm installation meets manufacturer specifications. Include mansafe and guardrail completion and certification, ancillaries, and rainwater goods. Add photos, plan manufacturer inspections and electronic integrity tests, and confirm areas ready for handover.
