Verify substrate and layers including decking visibility and condition, bonding and vapour control layers, insulation, preparation membrane, Polimar EC, reinforcement, and waterproofing top coat. Review metal profiles and details such as upstands, parapets, skirting, curbs and roof lights, drip edges, and sumps or gutters. Record whether reinforcement and metals are installed correctly, add photos, and obtain signatures for completion and handover.
