Use it to record observations across PPE compliance (eye, face, hand, foot, head, hearing, respiratory), fall protection, mobile equipment, electrical and GFCI, lockout tagout, work permits, excavations, hot work, storage, manual handling, ladders, scaffolds, access, aerial lifts, barricades and signage, slips trips and falls, lifting and rigging, confined space, tools and equipment, housekeeping, lighting, and chemicals. Capture site location, contractors observed, observer name, date and time, number of employees observed, and attach photos for any at-risk items to drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
