Use this weekly construction site inspection checklist to record planned works and progress, capture photos, and track incidents or delays. Verify signage, permits, inductions, RAMS and for-construction drawings; check materials and quality controls. Review PPE, manual handling, RPE, dust, asbestos, noise and HAVS. Confirm welfare facilities and emergency readiness. Assess traffic and pedestrian management, plant condition and PUWER checks, COSHH, services, excavations, and high-risk activities. Include environmental plans, waste, spill kits, dust control and wildlife escape ramps.
