Confirm tag status and duty loading at every entry, ensure inspections are completed by a certified scaffolder, and follow manufacturer specifications and WorkSafe requirements. Document hazards, corrective actions, photos, and required notifications to the foreman. Remove tags and disable access if the scaffold is not safe until issues are resolved and the tag reads SAFE.
