This plumbing and heating quality assurance checklist covers all stages from 1st fix to finals for residential builds. Verify soils and waste installation, correct pipe support and routing, separation and identification of services, and pressure testing. Confirm gas installation sizing, support, identification, and leak testing. For 2nd fix, check radiators, towel rails, boiler and cylinder installation, TRVs, and capped gas points. Assess sanitaryware fitting, kitchen sink pipework to water regs, and outlet testing to overflow. Perform system filling, heat tests, zone checks, and ensure bath temperature does not exceed 48°C. In finals, complete lagging, labeling, commissioning (Benchmark), outside tap testing, leak checks, frost protection, and adey pro check. Includes protection and housekeeping steps throughout.
