Use this RoadTek External Mobile Plant Approval checklist to verify documentation and condition of third party mobile plant before entering site. Capture plant details, registration and hours. Confirm seat belts, lights, alarms, reversing beepers and radios. Record maximum reach. Verify lifting gear certifications. Check guards, ROPS and FOPS, hose burst protection and tyres or tracks. Confirm logbooks, manuals, maintenance regime, daily pre starts and biosecurity forms. Review the plant risk assessment. Ensure EWP and concrete pump inspections and compliance plates are in place. Note defects, verify fire extinguishers and access systems, and decide the approval status for site use.
