Periodic Pavement Resurfacing Site Validation
This template supports onsite validation of periodic pavement resurfacing works. Inspect existing surfaces and aggregate sizes, note cracking and patching, and record nearby assets and intersecting roads. Select proposed treatments such as reseal, microsurfacing, DGA or SMA overlays, grinding, rehabilitation, or remove and replace options with binder and stone size details. Capture site elements by lane and shoulders, specify preparation works like crack sealing and digouts, and assess risks including traffic movements and sight distance. Plan communications, stack site details, and line marking replacements. Include desktop condition data and attach photos and sketches for a complete record.
