Use this QA checklist to identify and verify apartment electricity meters on BEMCO arrangements in multi dwelling developments. Confirm isolators and Bemco fuse carriers are labeled with apartment numbers, ensure dead test results from SWA first fix are recorded, and function tests at second fix are complete. Re energize one apartment at a time to confirm the meter, isolator, and apartment linkage. Check that certificates are uploaded to Asite before meter installation. For hoist and crane tie apartments, install the correct fuse or a blank holder sealed and tagged. Control access to BEMCO riser keys and capture photo evidence for each step.
